1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

✅ The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
✅ The return request is placed within 3 days of delivery.

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".
  • Used, altered, or washed products.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, follow these steps:

🚚 Return Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
✔ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).
✔ If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will receive the refund via bank transfer or store credit.

🔹 Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing speed.
🔹 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


4. Exchange Policy

🚀 We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
✔ If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, contact us.
✔ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
✔ If the requested exchange is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.


5. Cancellation Policy

🔹 If the order is already shipped, you may request a return after delivery.
🔹 Prepaid orders will be refunded within 7-10 business days upon cancellation.


6. Important Notes

Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.
⚠ If the return is due to customer preference (not a defect/damage), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
⚠ We reserve the right to reject returns if the product is not in acceptable condition.
